The Office 'Fun Run' tonight!

Anyway...

Anyway...I'm heading over to London at the weekend (wahey Apple shop), just to visit a few people I've known for a while - should be pretty fun in central London (only been there once before) and I can pick up a load of foreign horror while I'm at it.

Anyone read DVD World? Half horror, half adult...yeah ok I know what you're thinking but it's not the reason I buy it - come on I can get that stuff free on the net.

I just want to make a few things clear.

I've been through a lot of shit in the past few months...hell the past few years. Situations such as people's deaths, attempted suicides (not me), emergency phone calls in the middle of the night, arguements that last for fucking ages, people I just want to fucking scream at, and the most awkward fucked up situations that would take pages and pages to write about.

I mean what gives people the right to write online, or even email me saying some sarcastic fucked up shit that I don't really care about? Well that's a lie, but like FUCK man, fuck this. This doesn't make much sense as it's mostly on my head (sure...) but like one glimmer of false hope is worse than an eternity of expected thoughts and useless statements - is that even worded right?

Ahh venting...always good. Oh and this was inspired by the show Californication.

Thanks to the email-leakage from MediaDefender-Defenders we now have proof of the things we've been suspecting for a long time; the big record and movie labels are paying professional hackers, saboteurs and ddosers to destroy our trackers.

While browsing through the email we identified the companies that are also active in Sweden and we have tonight reported these incidents to the police. The charges are infrastructural sabotage, denial of service attacks, hacking and spamming, all of these on a commercial level.

New Laptop

God I'm wrecked, just home from work and I could collapse. Good news is that my laptop is arriving tomorrow (with case) and a big delivery for work as well.

God damn my Internet :( slow as hell (isn't that right Paul. lol).

Well at least PayPal restored access to my account and they are in the process of adding all my funds back to my actual bank account - wahey. Also sorted out my credit limit on my student Visa...rock on.

Going to order a mid-range Macbook (13.3" screen, 120GB HDD, 1GB RAM etc) when I get my money back and my limit raised - don't worry, pics will be posted!

Just ordered a great film called 'Death Note' on DVD - it's a special edition with both films and a bonus DVD with it.

I love Crinkle Crunch and Golden Crunch! Yum, as you can tell I'm eating some at the moment lol.

So I was watching Nathan train the 'new guy' (well he doesn't work for us, just in for experience once a week) and it reminded me of all the things he used to tell me about hardware etc. I felt older and wiser when I was sitting there looking at them lol. I still deal with repairs, just not in a major way like before. At least we still have our coffee breaks ;)

I'm still waiting for the hosting to go live so I can get the site live and set up internal e-mail here (this is holding back the flyers being distributed as well).

Sunny Day

Today's quite sunny and warm, although there's a nice breeze floating about. In the evenings it gets very warm, feel like i'm melting sometimes.

Watched a few good DVD's this weekend - How To Lose A Guy in 10 Days, Monster House, and Anchorman.

There's been some difficulties in accessing the CLC domain control panel, so the site might not be 100% operational by tomorrow - we'll just have to wait and see.
